Dance with pride to a LGBTQIA+ filled playlist with proud instructors Naomi (she/her) & Jo (they/them). Zumba is a fun, easy-to-follow dance-inspired fitness class that incorporates cardio, muscle conditioning, and balance with sass and a whole lot of booty shaking.
This is a perfection and judgement-free zone – all moves are welcome, dance as you are, & have a giggle with (or at) us!
