Canberra SpringOUT Pride Festival is the official pride festival of Canberra and the Australian Capital Territory. It has been a project of Canberra Pride since 1999 with events coordinated by the local community.
In 2015 Canberra SpringOUT Association was incorporated to ensure due diligence and governance to produce and deliver the Canberra SpringOUT Pride Festival which is held in November each year.
The main SpringOUT festival is held for 4 weeks ending on the last Sunday in November. If you would like to register an event as part of SpringOUT, please register here. These events will all appear in the SpringOUT calendar and web site.
We also accept registration of events close to the formal festival as SpringOUT Fringe events. This can be a good option when for logistical reasons the formal SpringOUT window will not suit your event. If details are available in time, these events appear in our calendar and on our web site.
If you have an event at other times of year and you think it will be of interest to SpringOUT members, please contact us on events@springOUT.com.au with brief details and we will get back in touch. These events will not appear in the SpringOUT calendar, but we may agree to circulate information to our members and social network.
Event applications close on 31 July each year and successful event holders will be notified via email by email soon after. If you require any further information regarding the application process, please contact: events@springout.com.au.
